Ok, so i know i promised progress pics this week but it just aint going to happen folks! Im feeling a little worse for wear and getting into a bikini to take photos just doesnt seem like much fun this week!! I will post them asap and rest assured my measurements are still coming down YAAA!
Now i thought it might interest a few of you if i posted some of my favourite receipes. These are receipes that I have developed out of a desire to make my food more interesting, flavoursome and appealing. They all fit into my nutritional plan, and are yummy yummy yummy:
